  • INSPECT 360+ GBJ

    The Inspect 360+ GBJ system allows you to inspect empty glass containers before dispensing the product. The system is designed to detect foreign bodies in the packaging and damage to the packaging (e.g. cracks, scratches).

    The system is an independent machine that can be installed on the production line and it includes:

    • a set of cameras for observing the bottle from the top (detecting foreign bodies and defects of the top and bottom surfaces) and from the side (inspection of the side surfaces);
    • product transport system (conveyors, reject station, buffer table/container for defected packaging);
    • a control system that enables the machine to be operated via a touch panel.
  • INSPECT 360+ T

    The Inspect 360+ T system is dedicated to the quality control of glass and plastic bottle threads. The system enables the detection of defects such as glass cracks, deformations and thread discontinuities.

    The system is installed on the existing production line above the conveyor and it includes:

    • measuring head equipped with a digital camera with a special lens enabling peripheral observation of the tested thread and a dedicated LED illuminator;
    • a control system that enables the machine to be operated via a touch panel;
    • head height adjustment system;
    • bottle and vial separation system;
    • a level sensor for filling the liquid in the bottle;
    • reject station.
  • INSPECT 360+ C

    The Inspect 360+ C system is used to control the quality of bottle closures.

    Inspect 360+ C detects closure defects depending on the tested product.


    In the case of caps, these are:

    • under tightening,
    • skews,
    • dirt,
    • interruption of the guarantee strip.

    But in the case of the crown caps, these are:

    • damages to the bottom surface (undulations, cuts),
    • dents,
    • dirt.


    The system is installed on the existing production line above the transporter and it includes:

    • measuring head equipped with a camera and illuminator; the camera observes the object from above, and the use of a set of mirrors developed by KSM Vision allows for circumferential inspection of the nuts in the range of 360 ° (patent PL No. 229618);
    • a control system that enables the machine to be operated via a touch panel;
    • head height adjustment system;
    • bottle and vial separation system;
    • a level sensor for filling the liquid in the bottle;
    • reject station.
  • INSPECT 360+ FL

    Inspect 360+ FL is a module of our flagship Inspect 360+ system. Thanks to the FL module, the system controls the level of filling liquids through intelligent visual inspection. Moreover, the machine can be easily adjusted to changes in product height (an extremely useful option for the production of bottles of different height or type).
    For the smooth functioning of the module, you only need to set the required parameters and the permissible margin of error. With this information, the system is able to detect the fill level and reject under or overfilled bottles.
